Work-related Learning
At Progressive Educational Tools (P.E.T.) we provide one-to-one or group based programmes with a blend of interactive learning and work experience, which can reach some of the most difficult and disaffected young people. We can combine this with Wider Key Skills in a work simulated environment or alongside traditional work experience, using young entrepreneurs who provide informal mentoring to our learners and use a variety of personal development and motivational techniques with inbuilt rewards that give learners bite-sized successes.
The team at P.E.T. consider learners to be our colleagues in their learning journey; we identify their passions, skills and interests, gain their trust and confidence and help them to recognise that with self-awareness comes self-confidence and opportunity.
Our well-developed techniques and tools will deliver qualifications, with improved attendance and behaviour where others have failed. Realistic progression into sustainable employment or education and training is achieved time and time again
The P.E.T. team are highly-skilled motivational facilitators with expertise in: Logistics, Engineering, Languages, Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Business Development, Enterprise, Dance, Martial Arts, Web development, Graphic Design, Music, Journalism and Diet & Nutrition.
